Nosam Kennels proudly produces German Shorthaired Pointers (GSPs) and Hungarian Vizslas, bred for both performance in the field and companionship at home.

Founded in 2014, we are a small family-operated kennel driven by a passion for versatile hunting dogs. Our mission is simple: to preserve and enhance the qualities of these remarkable breeds while raising dogs that excel as family companions.

We are committed to maintaining a high-standard breeding program that produces healthy, structurally sound dogs with natural hunting ability, excellent temperaments, and a love for family life. Every dog we breed is carefully selected.

Our dogs are proven performers—competing in AKC Hunt Tests, NAVHDA, Dock Diving, Fast CAT, UKC Conformation, and more. Many of our dogs have earned top awards, including the NAVHDA Natural Ability Award, and pups who have consistently ranked in the top ten in obedience, rally, and performance events.

Located in Greensburg, Kentucky, our dogs enjoy 50 acres of daily exercise, swimming, training, and bird work. Additionally, we own Covey Quest Preserve, an 85-acre hunting preserve just 6 miles from our home. We are GSPCA members and recognized AKC Breeders of Merit.

 

We raise our puppies using puppy culture, ensuring each puppy receives the best start in life. Every Nosam puppy comes with lifetime breeder support, helping them thrive in their new homes.
